Delete your AI Kids Club account
Deleting an account is a parent or guardian decision, which is why the app asks an adult-level maths question before it will show the delete option.
How to delete
Sign in. Open the AI Kids Club app, or log in on the web, using the parent or guardian email on the account.
Open Settings and answer the parent question. A short maths question confirms an adult is making this choice.
Scroll to Danger Zone, press Delete Forever, and confirm.
The account is deleted the moment you confirm. There is no grace period, and deletion cannot be undone.
Cannot sign in? If you have uninstalled the app or lost the password, email hello@aikidsclub.com from the parent or guardian address on the account and we will delete it for you.
What gets deleted
Deleting the account removes it and everything attached to it in a single step. Nothing is deactivated, hidden or archived to be restored later.
Your login and profile
Email address, password, display name, avatar and age group.
All learning progress and rewards
Missions completed, quests claimed, XP, Bits, badges and streaks.
Projects and showcase entries
Everything your child made or shared, and the likes they gave others.
Purchases and leaderboard standing
Avatars and power-ups bought with Bits, and their place on every leaderboard.
What we keep, and for how long
- Encrypted backupsup to 30 days
Our database is backed up so we can recover from a technical failure. Deleted data can sit in those backups until they roll off, which takes at most 30 days.
- Usage analyticsup to 12 months
Anonymous records of which pages were opened and which features were tried. After deletion these are no longer connected to any name or email address.
We keep nothing else. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not hold on to a copy of a deleted child's work.
