Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 15, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AI Kids Club. Because our users are children, accounts are set up and agreed to by a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Sample document. This is a template prepared for an early-stage MVP and for illustrative/investor purposes. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. Have counsel review and tailor it before relying on it in production.

1. About these terms

These terms form an agreement between AI Kids Club ("AI Kids Club", "we", "us") and the parent or legal guardian who creates an account ("you") for use by a child. AI Kids Club is an early-stage product offered in beta.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • The platform is intended for children aged 7–18, with an account created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
  • You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child using the account and that you have authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
  • You are responsible for keeping account login details secure and for activity that occurs under the account.

3. Beta service — provided "as is"

This is an experimental beta. It may change, contain errors, be unavailable at times, or be reset, and it does not reflect the final product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and beta access

  • Some features may be free during beta. Paid subscriptions, where offered, are purchased and managed by a parent or guardian.
  • Children cannot make purchases or trigger charges inside the platform; there are no in-app purchases available to a child's account.
  • Pricing, billing cycles, and any trial or refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase and form part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

When using the platform, you and the child agree not to:

  • Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to identify, contact, or harass other users.
  • Copy, scrape, or resell platform content except as expressly allowed.

6. Student content and showcasing

Children create projects and work on the platform ("Student Content"). You and the child retain ownership of Student Content. By submitting or showcasing it, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and feature it within the platform — including, where the child participates, the project gallery, certificates, and competitions — alongside the child's first name and (where provided) photo. You can request removal of Student Content at any time.

7. Recognition, leaderboards, and competitions

To encourage motivation and friendly competition, the platform celebrates achievement through points, badges, certificates, a project gallery, and competition leaderboards. A child's first name and (where provided) photo may appear in these features. Contact details are never shown publicly, and there is no direct messaging between users. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our intellectual property

The platform, including its missions, lessons, content, software, and branding, is owned by AI Kids Club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for the child's personal, non-commercial learning.

9. AI-generated content

Parts of the experience involve AI tools and AI-generated output. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected and is provided for learning purposes. We encourage parental supervision and do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform and close the account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if needed to protect users or the service, or if we discontinue the beta.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Kids Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from a beta reset. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Changes to these terms

As an evolving beta, we may update these terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify parents. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
